If you traveled to Argentina you may have heard about the tradition they have there about eating toques on the 29th of every month. On restaurants menus across the country, the toques appear as a special feature on this day. Ñoquis are those pillowy, light and dense at the same time, fluffy potato dumplings known as gnocchi in Italy. In Argentina they feed both, spirit and belly.
